Foreign Camera and Settings

Today's lesson: Don't believe everything you read in a book or magazine. I bought a magazine but didn't realize it was from  Britain. I used the recommended camera settings and get this...it was for my specific camera but forgot they have different camera settings. 150 photos lost...Lesson Learned...!!!

Camera Settings

Today was a learning experience for me. I now know not to trust everything I read in books or magazines pertaining to Canon EOS DSLR Cameras. I read in a magazine the best settings for Macro shots were to set the aperture a f/5.6 - 11 but with my Macro lens....I should keep it at f/2.8. Another lesson learned.
